What does a personal trainer do?
Generally, Personal trainers assess their clients’ body strengths and weaknesses and create personalized training plans. However, they provide physical and mental guidance and monitor clients’ progress regularly. Hence, they also make sure that clients do not get injured during the training. - Lead individual and group training sessions.

- Accomplish CPR and administer first aid in case of tragedies.
- Inform clients about the health and safety guidelines of the gym.
- Shape a positive and trusting relationship with customers.
